We are pleased to welcome Gareth Williams (UK) and Jackson Tudor (Australia) to our global support and training team. Both bring an extensive knowledge of enos software from their previous roles.
Gareth first developed expertise using enos while working in a UK-based facility management team.
“The great thing about working within facilities is that I can understand customer needs and have an open dialog. I have been working in the research industry for 14 years, so I look at requirements from an end-user perspective, including the experience of rolling out and installing animal facility management software.
“enos is perfect for the constantly evolving research environment, being flexible enough to adjust to each customer’s needs while remaining simple to use.” said Gareth.
In his new role, Gareth provides technical support assistance and training. His solutions based approach and end user perspective will provide BSI with valuable feedback and insights for further enhancing customer experience.
Jackson Tudor’s experience with enos has been developed in-house over the past 18 months. His methodical and meticulous approach is suited to his new role as Functional Tester and Technical Support.
Jackson holds a Bachelor of Medical Science Degree from the University of Technology, Australia, in which he held a large curiosity for the drug development cycle. Part of his studies was learning how to take scientific theories and apply them to real world projects and patient applications. Jackson continues to use these skills when working with enos by understanding workflow concepts and finding suitable methods on how best to use enos features to accomplish customer goals.
BSI has always prioritized the delivery of outstanding customer service. The addition of Gareth and Jackson to our team reflects our ongoing commitment to provide a positive end-to-end customer experience.
